Delivery

Delivery is FREE** to the countries listed below within the European Union (outside the EU may incur additional charges). Delivery times are displayed beside the product. The delivery time of an order is always based on the ordered product with the longest delivery time. Once your product leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code allowing you to follow the live shipment. Depending on the size of your order, we will ship your vetsak® products insured with our logistics partner DHL, DPD or the Freight Forwarder Rhenus. ***Important information for shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU States: All orders are invoiced in euros without the German VAT (19%). Customs processing fees and the valid VAT will be charged to the customer by the responsible customs. For orders from the United Kingdom a minimum order value of 100€ applies. For orders from Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway, a flat shipping rate of 100€ applies up to a goods value of 1000€. Anything above this will be charged at a flat rate of 200€.

DHL & DPD 

Orders are usually shipped in multiple packages with our shipping partners DHL & DPD. Even if all packages leave our warehouse at the same time, it may happen that packages do not arrive at the same time. Please be aware that DHL + DPD only deliver to the curb.

For a completely hands-off experience, our Premium Delivery service handles every single detail from our warehouse to your room of choice. We fully assemble your sofa modules before they leave our facility. Upon arrival, a professional team will not only bring the sofa into your home but will also connect the modules and arrange them in your final desired configuration. Once your sanctuary is perfectly set up, the team will remove and dispose of all transit packaging for you. You are left with nothing but a perfectly finished sofa, ready for lounging.

    Premium Shipping with Partial Assembly Service 

    Our Partial Assembly service is designed to take the heavy lifting out of your order. We fully assemble your sofa modules before they leave our facility and pack them in protective covers. DHL's specialised delivery team will bring the modules directly into your living room at a pre-arranged time that fits your schedule. Since the modules are pre-built and delivered in bags rather than large crates, you won’t be left with bulky boxes to break down, leaving you only with a few simple bags to recycle and the final task of clicking your modules together into your desired shape.

    Freight Forwarder Rhenus 

     A shipment by freight forwarder will be delivered to the curb.
